Fall Potluck – October 5, 2014
Please join us on October 5th for the CVHOA fall potluck. Look for the big white tent that will be set up on the edge of Maynard Pond along Ralph Drive.
Please bring a dish to share and a chair. Tables, paper products, water and ice will be provided. All are welcome!
** Annual HOA meeting will be held on November 12 at 7:00 pm at 406 Warren Ave. **

Pond Work Day – September 13
The CVHOA Board has scheduled a landscape cleanup to be held Saturday, September 13, 8:30 – Noon.
The work will involve:
- pruning and trimming around the shoreline and the 3 acres of adjoining land
- dragging and tie-ing pruned waste into neat 4 foot bundles along the street for normal Cary town yard waste pickup
- possibly some weed-eating
- possibly spraying for poison ivy
- other needs to be determined
This is BYOT, Bring your own Tools. If you have loppers/small saws, please bring them. Always think about safety, so bring gloves and goggles, as appropriate.
We will meet at the dam 8:30-9:00 to get started.
Annual CVHOA Potluck
The Coronado Village Homeowners Association is hosting a neighborhood Potluck Supper. Baked ham and soft drinks provided. Please bring a dish to share and join us!

Place: Pond-side on Warren Avenue (Property adjacent to 406 Warren Avenue)
Grab your family, your lawn chairs and your favorite beverage and join your neighbors for a relaxing evening. A brief general membership meeting to follow. Membership in the CVHOA is not required to attend. Hope to see you there!
