The treasurer’s report showed a General Fund balance of $4,911.83, and a Money Market balance of $15,653.59, for a total of $20,565.42. The report was approved. There was a small increase in membership this year.

Dues notices will be send out in January 2015.
Zsolt reported that Equinox will complete fall work including tree service and filling in the hole discussed on the shoreline. The hole filling will be paid out of general funds rather than the landscape budget. The informal work day went well and Zsolt noted he will schedule another in the spring. Any excess funds in the new year should be used for dam maintenance.
Incidents involving teenagers fishing through the night were discussed and Cecil was asked to change the wording on the information sign to include “No Night Fishing.”
Scott suggested that the board invite Don Franz to a future meeting so the board can provide information on our activities and efforts to maintain the lake property.
Gary noted that geese continue to be an issue and asked for any suggestions to discourage them from using the lake.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 7:00 PM at Joan’s home. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
