The CVHOA board meeting was held on July 15, 2014, with Scott Auger presiding. Present for the meeting were Rosanne Nagy, Mary Hinson, Cecil Hinson, Waite Warren, Vickie Barnes, Gary Bulman, William Earnhardt, and Joan Purvis.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The treasurer’s report showed a General Fund balance of $3,966.73, Money Market balance of $15,652.08, for a total of $19,618.81. The report was approved. Rosanne reported that the signature card at the bank needs to updated to reflect Lauren Earnhardt as the newly elected Treasurer. Either Scott or Mary Hinson will be needed to accompany her for the signature process.
Vickie announced that the dues notices will be mailed out this week.
Scott stated that we need to continue our efforts to increase the membership numbers and that he would like to step down as Vice President/Acting President by the end of this year.
The next CVHOA Board meeting is scheduled for August 19, 2014. This will give sufficient time to plan for the neighborhood get together in September. Zsolt Nagy will be asked whether this should include a lake clean-up day in addition to the picnic.
